Less acidic and less salty than other fresh Cheddars on the market, Le p'tit frais has helped to build a solid reputation for this type of cheese. Enjoyed by the whole family, this genuine Cheddar has the quality of being so soft that it literally melts in your mouth! But when it is covered with a delicious hot sauce, this fresh Cheddar does not melt completely; it keeps its firm texture and delicious taste that are so sought after by cheese lovers.
