Being an autonomous association of persons who have come together voluntarily, we actively advocate a system of values and principles.

Empowerment. We believe that full development is not achieved individually but collectively.

Responsibility. Each member assumes his or her responsibilities towards the cooperative, from its inception to the maintenance of its vitality.

Democracy. All members have the right to participate, the right to be informed, the right to be heard, as well as the right to take part in the decision-making process.

Equality. Equity is respected as the cooperative is run on a one person-one vote system.

Solidarity. Members have the responsibility to insure that they are all treated in the most just manner possible.
